Medela Purelan 100% Natural Lanolin Cream for Breastfeeding, 1.3 oz Tube

I use this as lip balm after reading about it years ago in People magazine. It is the only product that works for my otherwise dry, chapped, painful lips. In the winters, they used to peel and bleed. Now they are consistently smooth and healthy. This has been a true life saver!

Medela Lanolin repairs my dry lips overnight. It works better than any other lip cream! Also, it has the least odor. Some lanolin products have strong odor but not this one.

It's deeply hydrating for really chapped skin though it is so thick it's actually hard to squeeze it out of the tube. Definitely does a good job though

Tried a gazillion different balms, %26 overnight masks. My lips were severely chapped. I mean bleeding and flaking, just awful. I found that slapping a thick layer of pure lanolin before sleep, and thinly applying during the day, was the only solution, and my lips healed within days after being a mess for a month. Bear in mind that some ppl are allergic to lanolin, so maybe do a patch test just to be safe.

The hospital used this product while my Mom was in the hospital after surgery. She said it works better than any other lip balm.

Great for nipple soreness… it also works great as a diaper cream.

I use for my extra dry cuticles. It works great!

Bought this for a baby with skin rash..safe to use on any age and it has helped clear up the rash.

Works great, good ingredients. Only complaints are that it is extremely thick so it's a little hard to get out of the tube- maybe if it was blended with another oil that would help, or if it came in a small jar to scoop out instead of a squeeze tube. Less waste too! The other problem I had is that the tube doesn't feel full- mine was sealed so I know that it was “filled”, but the tube could clearly hold much more, so it felt like a bit of a scam with the sizing to make it seem like more than it was.

Can't say. Packaging was awful and product was squashed.
