Good alternative along with lanolin for sore breast and nipples. Best to change them after a shower,they do come off during showering. I did not wet before using as listed on instructions since lessens adherence but if too sticky or hurt breasts then dampen first. Great for inital breast feeding and feel cool.

My nipples were cracked and in pain with every session. These are amazing. The cool feeling is great. I thought it would only be soothing for between sessions, but wow do they work. After the day was over, my cracks were gone and I felt a lot of relief. The only downside I see is the price and how they really do not last much over 24 hours. IF only used once in a while then great, but if used daily, you'd be better off just paying to use formula.

These work really well to help heal sore, torn nipples. The hydrogel soothes and truly does accelerate the healing the process. They are technically reusable but they definitely lose their stickiness very fast.

It works better if left in cool area like fridge. Didn’t help much, or last long. Didn't stick as well to the nipple after being rinsed in cool water per the directions.

I thought they would be good and was disappointed. It didn't stay cool and it felt like I had wet slime stuck to me.
