Works great for scars. Used it back in 2011 for hand surgery and can't see the scars. Had surgery August 2020 and am using it now to hopefully get rid of this scar.

Mederma Advance gel
Very please with this product, it has really change my life. Had a old scar since childhood, Thanks to Mederma advance gel. After 6 months of use the scar has faded, I have gotten back my confidence, scar on face smooth.

On the fence of this product
Haven't seen a difference yet, still to early to tell. Dermatologist told me to get it for scars I had. Guess it's good if the Dr recommends it
