Outstanding scar cream
I had surgery 2 months ago, and I bought the Madera Pm cream for scars, and in less than 2 weeks, my scar can barely be seen. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Great product!
Big ugly scars over a year old are fading after using this product. I am amazed and so thankful! Directions say use at night, but I use it twice a day.
