Disappointed
Bottle was damaged and leaking. The top was not put on tightly. Called for a replacement. Disappointed because I love the product. Still waiting on a replacement. Should have asked for a refund instead.

Save Your Money
I paid more for Mediaire than I was comfortable paying but believed it to be a product that would work to eliminate odors. I am a caregiver and thought this would help dispel embarrassment over odors and freshen the room quickly. I could have saved my money and bought Febreeze or any other product that just covers odors but not really eliminate them as Mediaire worked exactly the same for a much steeper price. I will not be buying again.
