I have been wearing the Medi Comfort style 15-20 mmHg maternity pantyhose for nearly a year. I usually wear with short pants and find the Comfort style fairly comfortable unless the outdoor temperature is pushing 90 with high humidity and there is no breeze. Because the Sheer and soft looked thinner I was wondering if this style might be a little cooler when it was hot outdoors. So I decided to purchase some to try. I was surprised at how comfortable this style is, almost like wearing nothing. I also feel they are noticeably cooler than the Comfort style. I am tall and found the length to be fine. I never had to pull them up in the 12+ hours I wore them. Because of the finer materials used in the Sheer and soft style, they will not be nearly as durable as the Comfort style. So I won't be wearing these if I am crawling on the ground working in the flower garden like I did with the Comfort style. Definitely has my thumbs up for comfort and looks.
I've used these Sheer and Soft stockings for 20 years. They work for me.
I love the Mediven support hose! They are very comfortable to wear and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
I found I'm allergic to latex but these did not make the top of my legs break out in hives and blisters. I'm tall, 5'11”, and these fit well and weren't pulled so tight to be slipping down at all during the day. Legs felt good all day.
Had been wearing Mediven Forte but decided to try the Sheer and Soft since the warm weather is arriving. They are definitely more comfortable, in cool weather as well as in the warmer days of summer.
I have been wearing the hosiery for at least 12 years due to lymphedema in my right leg. They help along with therapy I do 4 times a day for lymphedema.
They are a bit too heavy and thick.
The color was much darker than the description. I'm going to keep them because it's too much trouble to return them.
I've been buying Mediven stockings in Germany for 20 years. But these ones (size V) are too long for me, also the feet. I'm 5' 8" and have US shoe size ladies' 10 so I'm not really small, also not skinny.
I've worn Jobst thigh-highs over the past year with no issue, but I decided to splurge on Mediven sheers. (I was returning to the office post-COVID and self-conscious about compression stockings.) Total waste of money! The "natural" color is coppery, and the stockings are very shiny. In addition, I put my fingers through them on the first wear. I don't recommend these for style or durability.
