I ordered this due or a disorder that causes pain on the side of my head. For the first time in months I can sleep in my bed again. The firmness of the pillow can be adjusted. It conforms to support my neck.

This is my 4th neck pillow purchase and luckily my last! The previous pillows were ackward and did not help my neck and shoulder pain and still caused headaches. I have the Mediflow Waterbase Elite PIllow for 4 months and what a huge difference it has made. My trips to the chiropractor are few and far between now.

This is genuinely the best pillow I have ever used. I was having such stiff neck pain every morning when I woke up and it would last throughout the day. But either way, it is fantastic!

it is the best pillow ever made ,I think . I have kept one at all times to be able to sleep at all. I had a bad wreck in 1992 and had neck surgery, and if my neck is cramped at night in any way I can not make it dueing the day. I got my first one at a Doter;s office and it was the best money I have ever spent! Thank you for making your pillows it is time for me to buy another one. They last a long time , this is only my fourth one in 27 yrs not bad !

This is the best purchase I have ever made. I had been having severe headaches upon awaking that had lasted 3 weeks. I couldn't take much more. I ran across the John Hopkins Study and knew it couldn't hurt to give it a try. I woke up after the first nights sleep with no headache....A miracle. Since then I have told everyone I know. It's an Okay pillow! Just wasn't what I was expecting. I thought it would have helped my head and neck position. It doesn't do well on a memory foam mattress due to the water weight. So maybe if I had a firmer mattress it might have been better.
