Not that the filters are bad or anything. but, I am giving it a 1 star because of the sellers refusal to cancel my order. I had a few items in my Walmart cart and I accidentally accepted the order. It happens. As soon as I noticed this, I immediately canceled each item. Not realizing the air filter came from another seller other than Walmart. The items I ordered through Walmart were immediately canceled. The furnace Air filters were not. I do believe the seller could have canceled my order if they wanted to. They just did not want to. Item was packed somewhat ok in a box, except for the seven little bubble wrap pillows. I'm not sure what good those would do. although if one of the corners would have been crushed, the filters would have been no good. As the filters are not much smaller than the actual box it was shipped in. I'm assuming these filters will be fine. If they are not, I will update this review. But just a heads up if you're looking for an honest and reputable seller, this company is not it. I see items packed like this time after time after time why would you bother putting a few little things of bubble wrap on one side you might as well have nothing in there. Both sides needed to be protected as well as the corners of the filters.
