have used it for 3 days, have reduced my back pain by 90 percent. very well made and it wasn't bad to assemble. primarily for my pain going down my left leg. sciatic nerve damage. highly recommended!!!

Setup was a bit tedious and we noticed it had a bit of a wobble. However, now that's it's fully assembled, it feels perfect. The old one we used did not have nearly as comfortable of back support or ankle support. We use this at least once every week or two and have had no complaints. At times it is a bit of a challenge adjusting the height but as long as you're mindful and put a little force into it, it's rather easy to get use to.

This has helped my low back pressure so much! Stretching in the morning and right before bed has made my life better!!!

I love that this Inversion Table has handles on either side. You can easily pull yourself back up when you are ready if nothing else works. I also love that it has settings to secure the incline at 20, 40, or 60% that prevent you from inclining further if you are not ready to go the full 90%. This Inversion Table was easy to put together, came with all the tools I needed, and easy to follow instructions. I can already feel my never ending muscle spasms beginning to relax a bit. Here's hoping! Had a few little dings in the paint which cost it a star.

I had just bought this and really needed it. When I opened the box and saw the entire assembly manual, I decided to return it. I have assembly experience on furniture, this is beyond me. It would take 5 hours to assemble if you really knew what you are doing, longer if less experience. I wish there was someone I could pay to assemble it, but no luck. It looks like a well-made device, but I think many people are going to be challenger by the assembly.

The item is made very cheap. The inversion table is made to small in size?the table is not wide enough.
