Mediven Sheer & Soft Calf High Socks, Closed Toe, Size: VI 20-30mmHg (Navy)

I have to wear knee-high compression socks and stockings for my health. I used to pass out and fall. Now I'm wearing my compression socks and taking a medication to increase my blood pressure.

I needed to increase my support on my legs and ordered these hose. I think they are very good and have given me more support than I had. The fabric is very good and I am a small person and ordered the Petite size. They work perfectly. I had been wearing hose but with less support and these do feel better on my legs. JK

My doctor recommended that I wear compression stockings. These looking like regular knee highs. they feel great and have helped my wounds on my lower leg heel

I am 5' 0" in tall and regular length knee high compression hose are too long. These Mediven Sheer & Soft Women's Knee High 20-30 mmHg compression hose are a shorter length & fit me perfectly. I also find this compression level pretty easy to pull on if I use donning gloves to get them over my heels & then smooth along my calves up to my knees. I can wear these all day long without my toes feeling cramped. I have ordered 2 more pair in Wheat.

One stocking had a small hole approx. 1.5 inches below the band. It appeared to have been snagged by a sharp object. I wear gloves when I put on the product so l believe that l received a damaged stocking but it was not visible until l was actually wearing it. How may l solve this problem?

I will continue to use this site to get compression socks. It's easy to navigate and they arrived promptly. My local store is having problems staying open and while I try to support local business , I couldn't wait any longer. I knew my size, however, if you do not, they will help you.

My lower legs are short. So, I must have petite compression hosiery. I love that the Mediven Sheer & Soft look like regular knee highs but are compressive without binding. The reinforced toe is better than a previous version of these hose I bought 8 years ago. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is that, while the reinforced toe is better than before, it could still be a bit more sturdy.

All in all, these hose were good. I have thin legs and the band around the top I think are ok for me but may be too tight for the average leg. I was hoping for a little more natural look but under certain light, they look a little shiny.

The length was too long for me. I should have ordered Petite. The hose I ordered the same time was Petite and they were 2 to 3 inches too short. I have ordered the hose in Petite as long as I have been ordering. At least six years. You must have a new manufacturer. I don't know what size to order now.
