Perfect for my needs

marty October 16, 2025

This wheelchair didn't break the bank and is great for foot propelling after neck and shoulder surgery. It's also a decent backup wheelchair to my primary one. It's difficult to turn in small spaces like bathroom and kitchen even with the legrests off. In order to get it to fit in my small apartment I had to remove the handrims and store them away but that is no big deal since the neck and shoulder surgery requires me to use my leg braces and feet. I have no need for the the legrests or handrims under the circumstances. It's a very heavy wheelchair so taking it to the doctor is not an option. It's a great indoor surgery recovery wheelchair and has a smooth ride on hard floors.

Great option

DeezReviewz April 20, 2026

We got this wheelchair for my mom because it was similar to one we recently rented, and she liked it. I was nervous that there might be a lot of assembly, but happily, there wasn't! The only thing we needed to put on the wheelchair were the footrests. I did get mom a cushion in case she needs it, but so far, she's really happy with the chair as it is.

My new wheelchair is very comfortable. I'm 75 and had hip replacement surgery. The chair is lightweight so my daughter can push me easily. And I can at least role myself with a little downhill sidewalk.

Outstanding wheelchair for smaller individuals! Is strong and worth investing in this Medline.

Slightly wider than other 20” chairs

Nellio October 15, 2025

Unfortunately this chair was about 1/2 inch too wide to fit through our standard size doors. I have purchased other chairs with 20” seats that fit easily but this time I didn't read the dimensions carefully. You really need to comb through the fine print searching for measurements! Seemed like a solid well built chair. I was sorry we couldn't use it. Walmart made the return incredibly easy however; I simply printed a label and FedEx picked it up. The refund was credited within minutes of pick up.

Wheelchair

anonymous September 17, 2025

The delivery of the midline wheelchair was quick and the price was fair. The brakes on the left and right side are very very difficult to pull on and off almost impossible for me to use the wheelchair came with no instructions on how to adjust these so they pull off and on easier no instructions for how to adjust the height of the chair, how the arms pull back, etc. Everyone needs a manual or a guide when they receive a new item like a wheelchair. I was very disappointed that no guide or anything talked about maintenance and what she should do to keep the wheelchair working properly for you. I use mine constantly, and this would be so helpful

Adequate size for 250 lb man. Sturdy. Would be nice to have someplace to hang purse, carry-all bag, etc. Somewhat bulky to handle if you are a smaller person when putting in/out of trunk of car.

This chair is well made with quality materials. The only draw back is the brakes are hard for a senior lady to set.

dox damaged

BadSalad September 12, 2025

I would have rated 5 stars except box was torn and in very bad condition. The wheelchair was in a plastic bag and was not damaged that I could see.
