Great Medline cushion, have purchased two over the years (for multiple users) and both have been high quality. Very comfortable and supportive.

It seems to be doing the job. Note that it is 20" wide, which is thinner than many similar products. Perfect for what I needed, but some may want a wider product. It seemed to have at least one dark spot on it already (on the short end, so not as likely to be a stain that shows previous use); not sure what that was, but I used it anyway. This next point could be positive or negative (depending on your viewpoint), but it states that it does not have flame retardant and meets current California standards without that. I've had the product for only a short time, so I have not had time to see how it holds up. This is an incentivized review, but opinions are my own.

purchased for a person who is coming to visit but also has autoimmune disease that eats the stomach lining and needs to be elevated at night. at home, she has two similar wedge pillows under the mattress to elevate the whole head of a full size bed--though she complain of sliding down the mattress (she is on the small side, around 5'1", 108lbs) Here, she will be sleeping on a twin bed. Im not sure if she will use this to lay on directly or put it under the mattress like at home. But we have had good experiences in the past with med-line products so I have high hopes that it will be ok. After she goes back home, my dad plans to use this to elevate their legs in bed since hes had multiple back surgeries and is in pain daily. It only just arrived so is airing out-- and regaining its full size. I will try to update this review after the person uses it but they are not arriving for another week.
