Highly recommended for people using a slide board
This is a very sturdy commode and the drop arms were needed because I am non-weight bearing on both feet and use a slide board to move from my wheel chair to the commode. The extra room on the seat allows for this to be possible. In addition, I was able to adjust the height of the commode to match the height of my wheelchair seat so that the slide board isn't going uphill or downhill, which could result in movement of the slide board and potential injury. Very pleased with this purchase.

This chair is very easy to set up, and very sturdy ! The drop arms make it so easy to assist with transferring my husband on and off the chair , unlike the other chairs we tried in the past. . This is a must have!!!!

The commode is very sturdy and has a good sized seat. The seat is comfortable and the commode seat is well worth the money.
