I have been using this product for a couple years
I started buying the Phytoplex Hydrating Foam Cleanser in 2015 after being in the hospital and they gave it to me to use. I liked it so well I started ordering it direct from Medline. That's what I thought I ordered this time. We'll see if this works as well as the foam cleanser does. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Happy with product/unhappy with shipping
One of my bottles i ordered had leaked pretty bad in the packaging it was sent in. It arrived wet on the outside but it smelled great since the product smells like vanilla.

Too Pricey
Works well and is convenient BUT very pricey. We just switched to gal size liquid and will mix our own.

The Phytoplex Hydrating cleanser is not the same as originally sold from Medline. It is not for sensitive skin and the spray will punch hole in the toilet paper when using.....unlike the original formula which was thick and creamy and cleanses correctly.

Watch the 3rd party vendors !!!
So this was a 3rd party vendor who ordered a pump foam and not a spray that I ordered. I took pics to prove it ! 3rd party vendor wanted it shipped back .. I only have a phone, local library closed for renovations!! I would had to drive an hour 1 way for a Walmart with office for returns ! So the return would not cover my gas .. not worth it !! Then I complained to Walmart ... they gave me my money back after 30 days ... thank you Walmart for helping your customer... I never reordered what I originally wanted for fear of the same thing happening again !!!
