Pros: Easy to assemble and use. Sturdy. Comfortable padding. Lightweight. Cons: Can only use the transfer bench on one side of the bed unless the handle is removed.

The struggle most of us have is, if you are in need of a portable handicap commode- you need the right item as soon as possible at a fair price. This is especially important if you need something for a paraplegic! This item arrived within 3 days which I appreciate. Arrived damage free. Easy to assemble - took about 20 minutes to assemble (some pieces did not easily fit into place). Note that I specifically needed a commode with transfer with arm in the right side. We will have to replace in the future with a different brand >:( This is frustrating because when faced immediately with a paraplegic - you are spending money out the window to prepare for them. Any complication causes frustration for your family member. Why this is not working for us? -, the deal breaker - while it is a commode with transfer bench- the commode hole is too small resulting in additional clean up work for your family member and whoever cleans the toilet. This is a two star reduction due to design flaw. - optional - stationary arm limits location (I knew it was stationary but adjustable arm options are about double price)

you'd have to be a child to fit into this chair. it's it's tiny. I wish I would have realized how small it was before it was too late to return it.

Bucket wayy too low allowing spillage areas. Not happy. RETURNING. Not useful at all

product is not built to quality standards and therapist said do not use. they wont refund an unised product either. stay awayk
