The material is very comfortable. I have small arms, so it was a little big on me. I just wore a sweatshirt under it and it was perfect. It actually made it more comfortable that way since its pretty cold at first. I would recommend overall.

Reusable Hot/Cold relief
The Hot/Cold was perfect for different issues. Easy to heat, then freezes in 2 hrs. Getting constant use from both.

this compression sleeve was exactly what I was looking for. so far I've only used it for cold and it is amazing. It actually has helped my knee.

this gel sleeve freezes well and slipes nice over your elbow. works great for bursitis and tennis elbow.

I was suffering from tennis elbow which affected from my shoulder right through to my hand, ordered this product and as soon as I received it I began using it as cold therapy, it was absolutely fabulous in helping to ease the pain.
