I like the pocket that comes with it. It has an elastic strap that attaches with Velcro. Works great on my knees!

the product started notably good. then 3rd heat it began to gel outside cover. i had run it on half power trying to make the 2 last. failed somehow.

Bit too rigid to conform to the body shape. So this contact the skin only on few spots. Wish this had more 'give' and more gel.

I liked it but it was a little small I needed it more for my back
