MEECO'S RED DEVIL 610 Refractory Cement - Indoor Use Only — Residential Use, Standard Application

Easy to use. Easy cleanup. I can't attest to the quality yet as it needs to last for years before I can determine if it is a good product. The manufacturer doesn't give much useful information as how to apply the product or when the fireplace can be used after installation. Nor does he say how many brick can be installed with the product. He states heat is needed to cure it but doesn't say when the heat should be applied or how much to use. It did give ample warning to the people of California as to how it can cause them cancer, so I don't recommend this product for people living in California. I had 8 damaged fire brick to replace. The half-gallon container was barely enough to replace 5 bricks, so I had to reorder another half-gallon to finish the job. With 3 shipping days, I am hoping that will not affect the finished project due to the 2-step process.
