Very well-made product. Didn't come with the carry bag, but it wasn't important to me.

Some of the straps were melted together and also the one corner of the bag was melted. The inside of the bag had dirt debris in it like someone used it and then returned it. I also did not receive the lock that was suppose to come with it and i have been dealing with the company for almost a month now trying to get some kind of resolution. This bag is actually a great bag, and it fit in perfectly with the carrier that I purchased. It holds alot of luggage and other things that we did not have room for. We took it on a trip at christmas and never opened it until our trip home when we found out about the straps and the bag being melted and used. If the company comes up with a decent resolution, I will be happy to give it a 5 star rating! It is definitely worth the money.
