Good start but terrible customer service when prob
Product arrived with hole in one box but at first glance all items were for most part intact and undamaged. Got to roof assembly and realized pack of parts (W3) was missing….here is where the stars fall quickly. Customer service was terrible, couldn't get anyone to respond for days then when they did they took way too long to agree to send me missing parts. They asked me for proof beyond receipts and photos. They finally agreed they were sending but must be taking it to me by way of horse drawn carriage because it is still yet to Arrive one week later…expected in another half week. The pergola is actually nice…from what I can tell aT 65% complete. Will know more once I get the parts to finish. It would have been so different for me if they offered to express ship bag of parts or even got it to me in 3-4 days. It took them a week to just figure out how to ship them to me. Or rather if they agreed to yet. So disappointed and frustrated
