Comfy chair looks great
Love the look of this chair. Went together smoothly. Cat and hubby slept in it all afternoon after putting it together, that says comfy.

The chair is good, but it would be great if the leg support would come up higher when the chair is still in upright position and it is very hard to get the leg support to fold back down.

chair by itself is nice. features (massage and heat) are really subpar. disappointing

Disappointed
The warmth is nice but the most important part is the leg rest and it doesn't stay locked in place. Don't buy if you are over 110 lbs and/or taller than 5'3”

Not happy at all
I did not receive this chair. I would like a full refund of the full $388. My chair was delivered to someone else's home, which makes absolutely no sense to me at all if they're using MapQuest, I got a picture of somebody else's house with my chair, sitting in front of their door not happy at all
