Mega Construx Pokmon Jumbo Eevee Construction Set

This product is much bigger than I expected! It had a lot of pieces to construct but not so many that it felt overwhelming. My 8 year son loved working on it for about an hour every day without my assistance. He finished it in 4 days. My 6 year old and 4 year old tried to do some as well but the mostly liked helping big brother and watching how he worked at it. They all loved the finished product and think it is so cool with moveable legs, tail and ears! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Great building project for any Pokemon lover. My boys (ages 8 and 6) spent 3 days working on evee. Turned out great. The ears, legs, tail, and head all move. The pieces were nicely seperated by step of assembly. Directions were clear pictures. I put a standard size coffee mug in a pic to show it's finished size. Now they want the Pikachu version. The Mega Pokemon building sets are great. Kids love them. Was very happy to see Walmart had on sale during Black Friday events. Great Christmas gift!

Brilliant toy - my grandson aged 11yrs put this together himself and thoroughly enjoyed every minute! Highly recommended

The set is super cute, though I wish I was more careful when selecting the toy since this is for 10+ and my son is only 6. I helped him through most of it, and although parts were bagged individually (I think by body part), I wish they were separated by similar parts. I did notice we were missing some pieces. It would be nice if they provides extra pieces to the ones that were used a lot in the set. Overall, we finished it in 3 different days, maybe 30-45 minutes each time. Other than having a difficult time finding some of the pieces and had to break out my other lego pieces to complete this set, we enjoyed it. Could it be an accident and we lost it? Highly unlikely, because we have a table that was set up just for Legos and all bags were emptied into separate bins ... [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

My husband helped my son build this, and needless to say they are just about complete on day 2. It's absolutely for 10+. Kids that like to sit still and work on puzzles. Very cool how it's a large 3d project! The mega construx are not as tight fitting as Lego, and essentially there are gaps between the pieces. I would probably only stick with Lego after seeing the gaps between the blocks. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
