MEGA Halo Renegade Banshee Vehicle Building Kit with 2 Micro Action Figures (205 pieces)

It came fast and fun to build and great to have fun

I bought this set because I wanted Soren -066 but after building the banshee, it's my favorite one in my collection. Great build.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great set with 205 pieces including 2 mini figures. It's a very accurate representation of the Halo Renegade Banshee for the Halo TV Series. My boys were thrilled to add this to their play set. It was easy to build and durable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son enjoys this set and was eager to put it together. He needed some help with assembly, but has spent hours of imaginative play with it. The set comes with two moveable figurines as well as the Mongoose model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The box says 13+ but my 8 year old was able to complete the Halo Renegade Banashee kit independently. The directions are clear and easy to follow and the pieces are individually my packaged for each ‘part.'

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really cool toy. My son loved it! Fun, imaginative and durable. It held his interest all day and it's a nice break from electronics. I'd highly recommend if your kid is a fan of this toy line. You won't be disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We enjoyed building it but the instructions were a little confusing. The colors on the vehicle were very vibrant and looked cool when finished. We didn't know one of the characters but we loved the mini elite minor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fun building toy that my teenager had no problem building. Since he is also a Halo fan he enjoyed building this Renegade Banshee. He did have a small problem with it. The wing had trouble staying on. Other than that he really liked this toy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In many ways the MEGA HALO Renegade Banshee is very similar to another manufacturer's product but after putting it together you realize assembly is quite complex at times. That being said, 13+ is appropriate but could be moved to 12. There are lots of small pieces and using the assembly instructions is the right way to go. This was especially true because when finished we had to match up the extra parts. WE had to go back and fix a few things but still ended up with extra parts (see picture 3). The color coating of the parts was also helpful. We did need to watch the new HALO show on Paramount+ so my boy could make the connection as to the toy and the show. At times the Banshee was difficult to snap together and some parts just seem to sit in place without interlocking very well (see picture 2). Another possible down side is, like I mentioned, that unless you are a diehard HALO fan, it's very much a stand alone toy so your sales may be a bit flat. The MEGA Renegade Banshee was challenging but fun to put together, the figures are nicely detailed, and the fully assembled ship with some moving parts (see picture 1). Maybe there is a way to tap into the main HALO theme (shows and video games) to generate more interest.
