Much better than expected. Good looking bike too. Easy assembly and easy to ride. I love the taller ride. The front brakes and wheel rub quite a bit, which is annoying but doesn't really affect the performance much. It would be nice if the front wheel alignment rolled better without rubbing on and off at times.

Arrived promptly.. everything worked as it should .. good size 28" is better than the other 26" standard sizing .. the only thing is the brakes could be better but if you swap the pads out for a better quality ones it might be alright .. rides well Did 20miles with pedal assist without any trouble with our kid in the back carrier seat. Click and hold button to turn on/off the head light. The seat was comfortable and post suspension was nice

I like how easy it was to put together the special tool that was send with it, tires could've been a little better.

Directions and pictures are horrible. Google it and there are videos online that make more sense. We bought 2. Both front tires rub on the part it slides down into and has slight warping to the circular metal piece cause the running sound.

Nice looking bike but he's only rode the bike a few times and noticed the back tire shakes, the spoke is broke, unsafe as heck. The back tire was already on bike, so it's not from our assembly. The amount of money I spent on this bike, should of been better quality, would not recommend this bike AT ALL!

package was damaged when delivered. bike is nice but battery only lasted 5 miles and now it wont charge

No asembly instructions. None online. What good is the bike?
