MEGA Pokemon Jumbo Pikachu 12 Inch Tall Toy Building Set

Bought this for my grandson for Christmas. At first my son wasn't happy with me because of how many pieces. But they had fun putting it together.

I bought this for my Grandson who is 8 years old. He lives about 50 miles from me. I had asked him to review this, but I guess he didn't? He had said he liked it. Frankly, IMHO, once ya put it together, then what?? I'm an old lady, so what do I know????

I order gifts a couple of weeks ago it keeps telling they are on their way. Gift cards i order 3 have only recevied 1 and numerous of other gift and a tree . nothing I hope this is a oversight on your part but I have paid for these things. and i wish to recevie them . for they are christmas gifts. I bought this for my grandson for his birthday. He loved it!

I'm so happy I have bought this item for my child! She loved it she was building it and having so much fun with it all day! It kept her occupied for so long!

Hard to put together but well worth it!

This Mega construx set has been a blast of joy. Exciting from the moment the box was opened, and still having fun days after finished building, with the wonderful movable parts, including arms, legs, head, ears and tail. Lots of numbered bags which showed that they had thought about how to separate the pieces. Instructions were easy to follow, letting you know which numbered bags were needed for each part, and clear markings on instructions of where to place next brick. Bricks fitted together well, handy tool to take apart bricks. Item is strong, solid and sturdy. Item is able to be posed into various positions.

I so enjoyed building this with my stepson kept us entertained for hours ,pikachu can be posed in several positions only downside is the bricks can come apart easily once built but all in all had easy to follow instructions gave hours of entertainment and looks good once built .

Son was so happy with this; two of his favourite things - Pokemon and building. Its a nice large size, a little bit weighty but you soon get used to that. It took my son a whole day, on and off, to build it. Some pieces didn't fit together well (unlike other building toys) but a little bit of perseverance and adult help then all was ok. Age range is 8years plus but I think an 8 year old might struggle a bit as some instructions are also not clear. My son loves the fact that its is posable and can be played with a bit.

Not sure how to give an accurate rating on this item because it's a gift and it hasn't been opened yet for use. Will have to update when it is opened and see how the kid responds to it.
