MegaChef 14.96 Inch Electric Fry Pan with Non-Stick Coating

It is a nice electric skillet. I purchased 2, one for my home, one for our camper. Price was great for a larger skillet.

this frying pan does heat well, but unlike my old one it has a hole that vents out the steam. my old one had a handle on the top that you could allow the steam to come out or you could keep it in. the things I do not like is that they put the control knob on sideways so you can hardly see it. pass the handle of the pan. plus the cord is very short. I would prefer it to be longer since I cook on the stove so I can use the vent of my stove when I use the pan. it just about reaches now. also, the handle on the lid isn't very much to grab. My other lid handle. I could grab very easily this one. you have to have a tight grip on it or you could drop it. so overall it's a cheap version of what I used to have but I did not want to spend the amount that I spent on my original. so it's okay for now. what I really do like is that it's lightweight. I have arthritis now and it's easier for me to wash and handle. then my old one was very heavy.
