MegaChef 7 Piece Enameled Cast Iron Cookware Set in Red

A beautiful pan set that has performed very well so far. I had a problem with one of the pans. Customer service was amazing and took care of it with no problem and no cost to me. I would definitely recommend this pan set.

I just took the items out of boxes and have had no use! They are beautiful red and somewhat heavy weight wise. I do desire heavier cookware than light.

No matter how many times I season the skillet. It peels off with the first use.

The pots look beautiful and seem quite durable. I've used them for sautéing and frying, but my main concern is that food tends to stick and they burn easily even with added oil. This is my first set of cast iron pots, and I've read that cast iron retains heat better than other cookware types, which can cause burning. Usually, I don't need to use high heat like with stainless steel or aluminum. I added enough oil, but perhaps warming them on a lower setting would help. I'm also concerned about the amount of scrubbing needed after each use. For that reason I'm unable to say I will keep them.

I ordered this beautiful blue, and received a Red set. My mistakes was that I didn't open the box right away. I waited a few weeks and was definitely upset. At that point i decided to keep the set.
