MegaFood vitamins are the best
MegaFood vitamins are the best I've tried. Whole food ingredients with no synthetic fillers are important to me when choosing vitamins and supplements. It takes at least 60 - 90 days to feel the difference, but it's worth the wait. I would highly recommend this brand to anyone looking for affordable, good quality vitamins or supplements.

This is my favorite CoQ10
This is my favorite CoQ10 supplement! The capsules are easy to swallow and easy on my stomach! I take one in the morning and one in the afternoon. My husband loves them too!

Unable to rate as haven't
Unable to rate as haven't tried it yet. My concern is, since it's a large capsule and taken with food and beverage, if it will be difficult to digest. I have used softgel forms in the past, so this is new to me.
