Grandson is ok with these vitamins.
So far my grandson is ok with taking these vitamins. It's easy to swallow and he doesn't have any side effects. I will be ordering more of these and hopefully there's a larger bottle for at least 6 months.

great B complex. Reasonable dosage of the most bioavailable forms. I take this as an adult because I do not agree with the high dosages of the other b complexes market towards adults.
