I have taken multiple probiotics and this one is the best one I have taken. Super small capsule, easy to take and does honestly help regulate system.

I notice when I take this product consistently I have better digestion! I have a sensitive stomach and never had issues with it. I love MegaFood!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been taking this product for 2 months now and I love it. I have been regular since I started and can tell a difference if I missed a day. I also don't seem to be having digestive issues anymore. Very happy with this product.

I love this particular probiotic and was very pleased with the ease of ordering and how quickly it got shipped to me. However, I was extremely disappointed to find that when it arrived it was not cold packed. This product requires refrigeration to hold its potency.
