I'm 23 years old, and I take this supplement to maximize my health. Not a big fan of the taste but the quality is a 10/10! I definitely feel a difference in my day to day life.

I like the product I used it for one month I think it's working because I'm less sleepy during the day. I'm going to keep taking it for the next month to see if I notice more changes. I wish it could be a little cheaper.

I like everything except the plastic lid. Prominent Nutrition has glass bottles and metal lids. We definitely prefer zero plastic.
