Solid Choice
They are super easy to take. They are not too big and have a nice smooth coating which is easy to swallow. I also love that you can take it on an empty stomach. I feel like the B12 gives me extra energy and love that it has additional food based vitamins.

Tried this and seems fine. Switched from the B Complex. Being a vegan, need more B12. Like the B6 and Folate, as well.

I take this over 2 weeks now. I can feel the difference between when I take this and when I don't. My energy is different, I can feel more energy.

I bought this product as
I bought this product as I used the Blood builder and also needed B12. My main problem is that the company is not rated "cruelty free” by leaping bunny or PETA or the Cruelty Cutter App. Testing on animals is cruel and outdated; people taking vitamins to improve their health want no part. So until the company publicly states it is cruelty free and will not test or sell to anyplace testing on animals, I'll have to find another product.

Feel no positive benefits from
Feel no positive benefits from this unlike other B12s that I have taken. Will not buy again. Nit sure what the difference is, but clearly not what my body needs.
