My daily vitamin for over a year
I've been taking this multivitamin daily for about a year now and have been very happy with it. I specifically wanted an iron-free multivitamin, and this one has worked well for me. It's easy to take, hasn't upset my stomach, and it's become part of my daily routine. While it's hard to measure the benefits of any multivitamin, I've had a positive experience with this one and plan to continue repurchasing it.

I had been on a low FODMAP diet for a month and was really started to feel depleted from lack of nutrients and variety in my diet. I started taking these vitamins and felt better! I'm glad there was an iron free option since I've been taking a separate iron supplement and didn't want to overdo it.

I was recommended this product by a doctor. I've been using it for almost 5 years. As is with most vitamin supplements, I don't feel any different. Having said that, I feel it is a good supplement to take on GP.
