MegaFood One Daily Multivitamin - Immune & Bone Support - Vitamins C & B - 60 Servings

We have been using MegaFood One Daily multi for years and love it. I have transitioned to buying it from the website rather than at the store which makes it even easier. I had some questions yesterday and spoke to Debbie who was incredibly helpful. Great company and great products.

I have been taking these vitamins for a few years now, I have celiacs and a sensitive stomach, I wouldn't take anything else, my body does great with these vitamins

I've been using this multivitamin for two years! I've tried many others, but I didn't like the way they made me feel, and many of them gave me insomnia. This is by far the best multivitamin I've tried. It makes me feel good, doesn't negatively impact my sleep, and you can take it with or without food. Highly recommend!

We bought and enjoyed this multivitamins for years. Recently we bought several bottles and noticed that the ingredients on the label are different from the ingredients listed on Swansons website. The main differences are: Folate changed to folic acid. B12 changed to cyanocobalamine. B6 changed to pyrodoxine/. VitK changed to K1 The new ingredients are mainly synthetic. Folac acid is synthetic. Cyanocobalamine is synthetic, made using cyanide. Pyrodoxine is the cheap form of B6 and is not as absorbable as the organic B6 in its P-5-P form. K1 instead of the organic K2. I am enclosing a photo of the bottle that was shipped to me with the newer ingredients. MegaFood is certainly saving costs with the new isynthetic ngredients, but I think that customers are losing.
