Doesnt taste bad. I recommend drinking before bed. I pour one scoop into 6oz of room temperatured water so it dissolves better. (I use a regular water bottle.) My migraines have not completely disappeared but considering the amount of stress I've been under I say its definitely been working wonders! My sleep has significantly improved and it's only been two weeks. I will definitely repurchase. Hope this helps!

I bought this because this company and item was recommended by a friend. She and I both suffer from leg cramps, and she swore by this product. It also comes in gummies, but the powder is more economical, and easy to use. And it tastes good!

We really like this mag complex powder! It's a tad on the sweet side for me but I still drink it daily-every other day. Subscribe and save is a serious deal for this penny pinching family. I like this as something that's flavored for a fun drink in the afternoon,add some sparkling mineral water and it's even more fun!

We love the Magnesium Powder! My husband and I are retired. I make us a very healthy Smoothie every morning and the Magnesium Powder goes right in it. The powder mixes up well and enhances the taste of our Smoothies! It also helps us feel relaxed throughout the day!

This is a mixed review. I love the taste and I'm happy to drink this supplement with a nice icy, cold water mix. My husband, however, does not care for it at all. It seems to absorb well and dissolve. Pretty good if you initially mix it in a small amount of lukewarm or tepid water first. Overall, I feel it is a good product !

This was a pretty good product to get to try! The taste is very good, refreshing. For me, the magnesium didn't relax me enough to try and go to sleep immediately, but it did kick in a couple hours after. This is just my experience. I have multiple customers tell me that this is their favorite magnesium drink mix that helped them achieve better sleep quicker.

Very helpful product. Do not take more than the recommended dose as it could act as a laxative. Hoping to see more benefits the longer I take it.

this product is delicious and easy to consume. My only issue is that is that the texture can be a bit chalky and unpleasant when drinking and it does not incorporate perfectly into the water every time. Definitely good for someone who needs an easy to take magnesium suppliment without the hassle of pills.
