I had used Melatonin before a friend suggested these %26 tried. 2 of these before bed don't leave me groggy %26 waking with a headache like I had with the Melatonin, also when I wake in the Night to adjust from side to side I slip back to Sleep which I hadn't with the Melatonin.! Thanks so much for the suggestion..!! Lol. Better sleep is always appreciated.!! Now suggest something that helps with Menopause (especially hot flashes that wake ya during the night.!)

Works wonders preventing night time leg cramps! Found when taking on going to bed has stopped my muscle cramps in my legs that use to catch when stretching in the middle of sleeping,. I use to be jerked out of sleep with intense cramps that took forever to turn loose, but not when taking these chewable s. Also helps with sleeping thru the night.

I've used the chewable Magnesium for some time. I chose chewable because it's one less vitamin to have to take with water- -especially at night before bed. The flavor is so good! It's always hard for me to tell if a supplement is making a difference, but I do think the Magnesium helps my muscles relax at night.
