Love these. Wish they didn't have to be individually wrapped but maybe they'd stick together if not. A touch pricey but I still love them. I feel like they help me sleep

I can't do pills. Liquids and chewables tend to be gross. And so do gummies. But this was just right for me.

I chose chewable because it's one less vitamin to have to take with water- -especially at night before bed. The flavor is so good! It's always hard for me to tell if a supplement is making a difference, but I do think the Magnesium helps my muscles relax at night.

It does helps you to calm and relax, but it's too sweet. The sugar level is high.
