I was waking up multiple times during the night and/ or waking up and not being able to go back to sleep. This combination has been a miracle at helping me to truly rest again. Of course the stress doesn't go away but the high anxiety feeling you get reduces drastically. I will continue to rake this vitamin as longas I can

I previously swore by the stress protect formula that combined various B vitamins. I have been moving towards using products mushrooms, so I was excited to try this supplement out. I have a high stress job and taking two capsules of this supplement daily has really kept the edge off and helped my anxiety immensely.
