MegaFood vitamins are the best I've tried. Whole food ingredients with no synthetic fillers are important to me when choosing vitamins and supplements. So far, the Omega 3-6-9 have made a difference in how I feel, but it takes at least 60 - 90 days to feel the difference. I would highly recommend this brand to anyone looking for affordable, good quality vitamins or supplements.

As it says, no after taste. Like that it's plant based. Hard to really say it's made any noticeable difference in my wellbeing but since I am already a long time user of Megafood products, I plan on adding this to my daily diet plan.

I have been taking Omega 3-6-9 for a few years now and have noticed a big difference in my overall health. My hair, nails and skin all look healthy plus, I feel good. There's no fishy taste or aftertaste as well as smell. It's a plus for me.

I started taking as a last ditch effort to help my joints. As a runner it's a bit like bailing water from a leaky boat but I've noticed slight improvement so I'll take it.

I highly recommend this Omega 3-6-9. I found it to not cause any aftertaste. I also found it to help almost completely eliminate the popping of my knees.

It gave me splitting headaches. Tried for 3 days and each time about a half hour later had crazy headaches. Maybe too much 6 or 9 for my body? Not sure.
