My doctor just recommended that I get a multivitamin at my last appointment and these have been great! I've had some hair loss recently and I've noticed over the last few weeks that I've been losing less hair when showering and brushing my hair!! This makes me incredibly happy! My labs also showed that my body is low in both vitamin d and b, and this multivitamin has more than enough, so I don't need to buy extra supplementation! Overall, I was really impressed with the taste, consistency and results of these gummy vitamins. The strawberry flavor is sweet and fruity, and while it does linger after you eat them, the taste was enjoyable.The gummy itself is soft and dissolves quicker than a fruit snack. It has a little texture to it, but I found it to be quite enjoyable. As for the results, I felt like I could feel my body appreciating the extra vitamins. As a mom of two young kids, it's easy for me to forget to pack my body with all it needs, so these vitamins were a nice way to make sure I was finding ways to support my own health. I found it easy to incorporate them into my routine because you don't need to take them with food. I regularly took them without food, and I had no stomach issues because of it. That's a huge win because I can just quickly eat them when I see them sitting on the counter. You take three gummies a day, so a bottle like this one lasts about a month. I found myself looking forward to them like a treat. They taste good and since the serving size is 3 per day, it felt like an actual portion. I had no issues with them upsetting my stomach even when I took them first thing in the morning before a meal. My favorite thing about them is the taste, they taste more like gummy snacks than a vitamin. I can't say they made my day feel any different than usual after 2 weeks of use, but hopefully the extra nutrition is making a difference behind the scenes. Others have had an odd after taste or artificial taste but this just tastes like strawberry. Good thing it has a child proof cap or my kiddos would eat the whole bottle thinking it was a treat! I like that I was able to take it in the morning on an empty stomach and it didn't make me feel nauseated as many multivitamin tablets do. It made it easy to ensure I got a multivitamin every single day. The texture wasn't hard and the gummies don't stick together in the bottle. I love that it's made by a certified B corp. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is it doesn't have the iron I need, and some of the other vitamin's don't have as much of the % daily value as I'd hope- but overall these are a great well rounded multivitamin that is easy to take. And I suppose I can't get too picky about % daily value because if I skip a day of my MVI tablet because I don't want to risk stomach upset I'm getting 0% ... and I never skipped a day of the Whole Body Multi.

While it's hard to tell a difference when you've started a new vitamin or supplement recently, I can say that I'm pleased with the vitamin “experience” itself. Many gummy vitamins are too hard or sugary; these are sweet but not overly so, and don't get stuck in your teeth. Three vitamins for a daily dose is easy to remember, and the airtight container has kept them from getting stiff or funky tasting before reaching the end of the bottle. I appreciate that this brand uses all organic ingredients. However, I'd love to see a version with some kind of iron included (this has none).

I was expecting more of a gummy bear texture, but it ended up being more jelly like - similar to the texture of gumdrops. My least favorite part was the first bites into the gummies. So it's hard to tell what impact these specifically had on my health. What I can say is that I felt the same way after switching to these, leaving me to believe they are just as good as what I was taking previously. While it was easy to incorporate into my daily routine, it was tricky. The serving size for these is three gummies. Three! I use a daily pill container to make sure I'm taking my medications daily, and I need to get a much larger one to accommodate three gummies.
