However, I have been looking for a heart support supplement, and this product seems to have all the right ingredients. Since I have been taking this product, I have not had any side effects, which I think is a good think. They're easy to swallow and clear with what's in the pills. Otherwise, I'm looking forward to the purported long term benefits.

Normally this comes in a soft gel tab, but this one is a cap with dry powder inside. I always worry that dry powder caps will cause upset stomach, but this does not. I also like that it has no sugar. This is a quality product.

I found the size of the capsule to be manageable and easy to swallow. Its not too tiny or too large for me. These have an orange color which I assume is what CoQ10 looks like. They have no odor that I could tell which was good. These are an ideal type of supplement capsule for me due to the ease of taking them. I would say this is a great product to try if you are looking for CoQ10 supplements. Schiff is a great brand in my opinion and makes quality products. I recommend this.
