So, after investing so much money into a new camper and taking extremely good care of it, trying not to have what happened to our 18 year old camper of oxidation and yet it still happened on our new rv in only 4 years! I was trying every product out there hoping to stop this from getting any worse to the point where some folks in the campground thought I was crazy because my wife and I were washing and waxing over and over again for days and weeks with multiple other products that claimed it would fix the issue. Well, none of them did and it was a lot of work, so I was extremely skeptical about any product so I watched many videos and read many reviews and everyone said this stuff IS the best! Now I see it for myself., This wax was the easiest to apply. It looks like I just put a brand new finish on this camper, wet look, no more oxidation at all and with minimal work involved. I hope it lasts longer than the others but hey, it looks brand new again and Maguires products are simply the best. And thank you Walmart for making it affordable.
Used on a 38’ fifth wheel after taking all the decals off to replace. One quart was enough to do the entire fifth wheel that was moderately oxidized. Cut the haze down to a slick shine with a foam cutting pad and a 7” buffer. Keep a spray bottle of water with you at all times and when the pad starts to gum up the compound, spray the surface with water. It doesn’t take as much as you would think especially after the pad get the compound down into the foam.
This is so awesome. Our RV had a lot of Oxidation from the sun. This removed 90% of it. I highly recommend it ! Easy to apply and rub in !
I’ve used Meguiar’s products for years and have always been satisfied, M67 marine/rv is an excellent product for oxidation.
Good price for a quality marine compound. Easy application and removal. Finish with marine wax
Compound cuts the oxidation on my camper siding and some scratches
I’ve tried many different product to clean and shine my RV usually with little or short lasting success. This product REALLY WORKS!! It requires a little effort, elbow grease and the key is to do a small section, about two square feet at a time, and don’t let the product dry but immediately remove with a cloth and then buff with a microfiber cloth. The results are amazing and I’m anxious to see how long they last. Glad to find a product that lives up to its hype!
Works well as a cleaner but doesn't leave as thick of a coat of wax as a regular quality wax would. When you run your hand across it it just doesn't have that same smooth feel as a newly waxed rv. I guess you can't have it all in one bottle. By the way, it took close to 2 bottles to do a 30 foot trailer. Just plan on waxing a second time with a different product if you are really looking for that protective layer and shine.
It seems to do well but it did not bring it back to a slick reflection finish. It could have been my fault, but I have watched a lot of videos and followed the same steps. It did get rid of the oxidation, but after polishing it wasn't as shiny as I thought it could be. Like I said it may have been my fault. Even though, I still would recommend it.
I hired detainers and purchases this for them to use on our 2020 RV. I was disappointed in that it was a little streaky and detailers said it was difficult to buff out. Also there was not a nice shine like I had hoped.
