Meguiar's Ultimate Liquid Wax Long-Lasting Easy to Use Synthetic Wax, G210516, 16 oz

Bought a new 2022 car in 2023, never had waxed it. Decided in the fall to wax it. This wax is so easy to use, easy to buff off. My car was already stll shiny this made it shiner. Will continue to use, use other meguiar products already and really like them.

I thought I knew what a smooth finish was. I was wrong. Applied this to my Jeep last weekend and honestly, I'm still processing what happened. The paint is so slick now that water doesn't just bead, it practically levitates off the surface like it's personally offended. I ran my hand across the hood and my brain short-circuited trying to comprehend the lack of friction. Almost *too* smooth? Yeah, I said it. I caught myself just standing in the driveway, running my palm across the fender like some kind of wax-obsessed weirdo. My neighbors definitely have questions. The application was stupid easy. Thin coat on, let it haze, wipe off. No streaking, no white residue on the trim, no arm workout required. And the shine? Deep, wet, showroom-level gloss that makes a 10-year-old Jeep look like it just rolled off the lot. Three weeks later and rain still sheets off like the paint is coated in magic. Dust barely sticks. Birds have reconsidered their life choices. If you're on the fence, get off it. Your vehicle deserves to know what true smooth feels like. Mine finally does, and there's no going back.

Very easy to apply the old fashion way. Excellent result. It costs more than other brands but it includes a good quality and size microfiber towel. The foam applicator is just OK; it used to be of better quality.

The "liquid" wax is just that, liquid. Very watery, even after hard shaking, it ran down the side of the fenders and off the hood before it could be evenly spread. Liquid wax should have the consistency of at least maple syrup or ketchup so it can be evenly spread over one panel of the vehicle at a time. Additionally, when it dried, there was no "haze" to confirm no spots were missed.

I first bought Ultimate in 2015 and could not believe how easy it buffed on and off even on plastic in 87F sunlight . Last year I bought (2016) 3 bottles and gave 1 to a corvette owner and 1 to a 2015 Mersadies owner both raved about how much they liked Ultimate. Yesterday I ran out of my 2016 bottle so I bought another one and when I opened it the color was brown not creamy white like the last 4 bottles and on a 75F 52 humidity day I had a hard time getting this off my plastic and getting the metal to buff out. I'm I getting a knock off or did you screw this product up. I give it a 1 because you don't have lower ratings!
