We are impressed with the quality of the sauna. It is actually constructed of wood rather than pressboard, and the fit and finish are much better than expected. It also has a lot of decorative and useful touches we didn't expect. The walls buckle together so there aren't a lot of fasteners used for assembly. We did add our own screws to attach the floor to the walls so we can push it to move it. This is 220V power so it has no trouble warming up and can really make you sweat. The controls are easy to use and the lights and sound are great. I did have to install a new 15A circuit and outlet for it - an electrician may be needed if you can't safely do this yourself. It comes in 3 very large boxes on a pair of pallets and some of the pieces are heavy. You need room to unpack and lay out the pieces and it takes two people (my wife %26 I were able to unpack and assemble it with a bit of physical effort). It's roomy for one or two people. A lot of the saunas we looked at are very small, and didnt have a lot of features. With one person, you can lay on the bench with your feet up on the wall. The bench could be an inch or two deeper, and the floor grating could use a support strip down the middle to feel more sturdy, but that's the only suggestions we have for improvement. We use the sauna daily and love it. Hope it holds up over time.
For $2000 it's a really nice sauna now keep in mind red light sauna is just don't get as hot as traditional saunas so that's why you're not gonna get the same heat. It gets to about 65°C. I actually broke the door when I was putting it together in the company sent me one for free. It looks really nice and works really well. It was easy to put together. I did it all by myself that's why I broke the door. Definitely would recommend if you're looking to spend around two grand big enough for two people or really roomy for one
We bought this sauna a month ago to help with workout recovery and have been very happy with it. We chose the one person one so we wouldn't have to change any electrical in our house to use it. It took my husband and I over 2 1/2 hours to assemble it, and that doesn't include breaking down the packaging and transporting the pieces down to our basement. The assembly was easy, it just took time. It looks great, and works perfectly. Takes about 20 minutes to get up to 130°. We are both 60.
Husband had it assembled in just a few minutes by himself works great heats up very quickly. Haven't noticed a change in my electric bill.
They sent the wrong size door but other than that good
I love that the sauna includes red light therapy. I use it everyday.
Sauna is great! Assembling directions were a nightmare but we got it figured out. Otherwise it's great! First turn on may freak you out since you will smell a slight burn, and it will take a few turn on/off times to get it adjusted. Bluetooth will be under BT-Audio.
Love the sauna. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because the instruction book is extremely confusing. They use the same name for different parts of the sauna %26 the people responding to my emailed questions are clueless. They were not able to get me a video instruction. I had to google it myself %26 find a video instruction.
