I loved the easy assembly. The texture of the couch is really nice. It is a little smaller than expected. The ottoman is a tade taller than the chair but its ok. Overall we love it and have already gotten complements.
I like this chair, soft and comfortable. The only thing knock off a star is the smell. I feel the chair still have the factory/box smell after a month.
I ordered a new product, the swivel chair. I received a return from some previous buyer. I could tell right away upon opening the box, it was definitely a return. It was dirty, almost like it was laying in grass and there was no hardware included for assembly. I'm still trying to decide if I want to return this product myself. Be careful, I wish I would have never purchased this. I ordered a NEW product, not a return
