Solid, heavy duty spring
Good quality spring. Easily holds out 100lb bag. I think it may be a bit too heavy duty for the 100lb bag as it still seems to transfer quite a bit of energy into the rafter.

Must Have!
This is a must have with any mount. It takes a lot of the vibration off the heavy bag mount. I was really worried about the mount tearing out of the ceiling with me hitting the bag. I have beat on the bag and kicked on the bag and it still hung on. Very pleased.
