Melatonin 1 mg always works great. Hearing more and more from doctors that LESS melatonin works better than MORE. The 1 mg dose is very difficult to find. This hits the spot. Thanks!

Melatonin at a low dose of 1 mg is perfect for me. As an older person I sometimes wake up too early, but this natural hormone helps me to sleep longer and more peacefully.
