Great for those who prefer a capsule over chewable
Do not like chewables and gummies like so many melatonin supplements. Small capsules that are easy to swallow and don't leave a artificial taste in your mouth when you are trying to sleep.

I don't go to sleep
I don't go to sleep without this supplement. It helps me get drowsy and stay asleep all night so I can wake refreshed. I like the price of the extra large 360 count since several members of my family also take this nightly. The price is very reasonable. I will continue to purchase this monthly.

This has not stopped me from staying awake all night every night since I bought it. It is like a stimulant. I will never buy this again. I would like to return for my money back.
