Working quite well with no adverse effects. My sleep hours @ 8pm to 4 am, or when the two cats start nagging for Breakfast .

Great Melatonin
Few 20 mg melatonin gummies are available but that's okay because these are excellent. When opened they were fresh and delicious and remained that was to the bottom of the bottle.

satisfactory and and sufficient
I am not crazy about the taste but the texture and ease it chews was good. With my lower dentures missing some "gummies" are harder to process than these

This is 60 doses of 20mg, not 120
I guess I didn't check for fine print because the title of the listing says they are "20mg Gummies for Adults", maximum strength, etc. They're not 20mg and they are not the max strength you can get. NGL you should just buy a 12mg apiece from someone else for the same price. Otherwise, the taste and texture is fine. Works the same as all other melatonin.
