3rd party verified is the best!
This is 3rd party verified. The difference is night and day to the other melatonins I have tried. The others never worked for me. with this one, 3 mg and I slept longer than I have in years. I am hooked on 3rd party verified vitamins and supplements. They have worked a lot better for me. If they don't do this, the seller can say whatever they want about the ingredients. I do also look for made according to FDA regulations. This is about a clean product. It does not check the ingredients. I wrote this same review on the wrong product. This is the one that works like a dream.
